Zaavy's semi-custom and full custom cycling jerseys are a cost effective and fast way to outfit your bike club, company team, friends and family. Our jerseys are made in the USA from high quality, 100% wicking polyester fabric, and are sized for a relaxed or 'club' fit like the jerseys you would buy from your local bike shop (rather than a 'race' fit). We use a full color dye sublimation process, which allows you to use as many colors as you like for no additional charge. Our prints will not fade or crack when washed.

Semi-Custom Cycling Jerseys - No Minimums and Only Seven Days to Produce

Our semi-custom jerseys come in four styles: Solid White, Solid Neon Yellow, Neon Yellow and Black, and White and Black. Our online jersey design tool allows you to add logos, images, photos or text on the front, back, and each sleeve of the jersey. There are no minimums - you can get just one jersey for as low as $49.95! Most custom jerseys take weeks or even months to produce, but with our spot sublimation process, we can produce your bike jerseys in just seven days.

If you want more flexibility in your design, you might be interested in our full custom cycling jerseys. Made from DuPont Coolmax 100% polyester fabric, this product allows you to cover every inch of the jersey, collar, sleeves, and torso panels with art. They are available in 3/4 or full length hidden zippers. The competition takes 6-8 weeks to offer a product like this, but our streamlined process and local production allows us to make them in only 3 weeks!
