Q: I forgot my password. Can you help?

Q: I want to send a design to a friend, How can I do this?
A: As a registed user, you can save your designs into your MyDesigns page. When you're personalizing your design, click on the 'Save For Later' button. From MyDesigns, you can email your design to a friend. You can also send them a copy of the design so that they can edit it from their account.
Q: I want to make a copy of a design that I previously purchased.
A: When you purchased your product, a copy was saved in your MyDesigns page. Click the MyDesigns link at the top of the web page to see your saved designs. From there, you can edit, copy, delete, email and purchase your design.
Banner Options and Materials
Q: What kind of quality can I expect of the printed banner?
A: We print your banner using professional, top-quality wide format printers. We use quality materials such as eco-solvent,sun-resistant inks and rugged 14-mil thick vinyl. The result is as good or better than you could get at your local print shop. We also print banners on vinyl mesh, pressure sensitive (adhesive backed) vinyl, and bioflex (as an environmentally friendly option).
Q: Can I only use the art from your website?
A: No! With a little imagination and your own images or logos, you can create designs for any occasion. Simply pick a design, personalize it how you wish and we'll print it. A great source for scalable and compatible images (EPS format) is www.clipart.com.
Q: I can't seem to find a layout in the category I selected that I like. Any recommendations?
A: Most of our designs, in any category, can be easily modified. Select appropriate images in your desired clipart category and change yout text and colors -- that's all there is to it!
Q: I see a design that I like but there are too many lines of text. Is there something I can do?
A: Just delete the text in the text field you want to remove, press the 'Preview Design' button and the text will disappear from the design.
Q: There isn't enough room for the text I would like to put on the design. What can I do?
A: Reduce the 'Size' of the text. By doing so, you may be able to fit more text. Type in spaces until you are happy with the layout of your text. In many cases, you can wrap text to show multiple lines in the space provided. You might also consider selecting a different design that you personalize with your images and text to better suit your needs.
Q: I typed in text in a text field and pressed 'Preview Design' but the text is cutoff in the banner. Is there anything I can do?
A: Reduce the 'Size' of the text and press 'Preview Design' until the text is small enough to fit. Try reducing the point size by 5 or 10 at a time until you see the results that you like.
Q: What upload formats do you support? Can I use an image or a logo in JPG, GIF, TIFF, or BMP format in a banner?
A: JPG, GIF, TIFF, PNG and BMP as well as other bitmapped graphic formats will generally not scale up to the size of a large format flag or banner if they are low resolution (small). If you were to print a large banner with one of those images on it, it is likely to look granulated and unrecognizable. Zaavy supports JPG and PNG formatted bitmap files in certain cases. They must be scaled to full print size at 100 dots per inch or greater.
We support uploads of EPS and PDF vector formatted images and JPG and PNG bitmap formatted images in some cases. EPS and PDF files containing bitmaps must include them at full size, 100 dots per inch or greater.
Many logo and mascot images and designs are created in these vector formats so that they can look perfect when they are used at any size. Check with your group or organization to see if they have a version of your logo in one of those formats. Or, visit Viking Arts. They can convert bitmapped (raster) formats to EPS vector format. A great source for scalable and compatible images (EPS format) is www.clipart.com.
Q: Tell me about your Z-Blade 14.5 ft tall flags.
A: A Z-Blade is 14.5 foot tall by over 2 foot wide. It is made of machine-washable, fabric mesh. The Z-Blade is manufactured using an advanced dye-sublimation process. As is common on custom flags, the back side of the flag shows an 80% reverse image of the front. The flag is double-stitched for outdoor durability. The Z-Blade has a reinforced pole pocket. The Z-Blade Accessory Kit is included with the purchase of a flag and it contains a telescopic pole, x-stand, water ring, ground stake and carrying case.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?

A: Manufacturing, shipping or quality problems: We are committed to delivering you a high quality product quickly and easily. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order due to a manufacturing, shipping or quality problem just send the product back to us. Include a note with your invoice number and reason of dissatisfaction. We'll email you a coupon code good for the price you paid which can be used on our website for a new product.
Design changes before a product is manufactured: If you place an order and discover that a change to your design is needed (ommitted name, spelling error, color change, etc), let us know immediately -- as long as the product has not been manufactured, there is no charge. Note: Products may be manufactured in as little as an hour of an order being placed.
Design changes after a product has already been manufactured: If you place an order and discover that a change to your product design is needed (ommitted name, spelling error, color change, etc), and your product has already been manufactured, we can issue you a 50% off coupon. Contact us and we can provide you with a coupon code which can be entered on checkout to reorder your product with the discount. Note: Products may be manufactured in as little as an hour of an order being placed.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: We will generally manufacture and ship your order within 3 business days of order placement. Once it has left our factory, there is shipping time. We use a variety of shipping methods including the US Postal Service and DHL. Shipping time may take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days depending on shipping service selected.
If you ordered multiple items, it is likely that it will be shipped in several boxes and from multiple locations.
Manufacturing and processing time is 3 business days.
Add 2-3 days for 2-3 Shipping. Add 1 day for Next Day Shipping.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary depending on number of items ordered, size/weight of items and shipping method. Our checkout will show you shipping costs for your order before payment is made.
Warranty Policy and Returns
Thanks for shopping at Zaavy.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All Zaavy products are custom printed to your art work. Zaavy warrants that the design you approved or created on our web site is printed accurately on the Zaavy custom product. Because colors vary from digital display to digital display, (tablets, phones and computer monitors), we cannot warrant that the colors we produce will be an exact match for what was displayed on your digital device.
Zaavy warrants its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that you have problem garment or banner, contact us by email at email@example.com or call us at 408-688-9740 and we will provide a return material authorization. If the product is misprinted, had fabrication issues such as bad stitching or a broken zipper, Zaavy will repair or replace the article for you free of charge. If the product is not defective, we will return it to you and bill you return shipping.
You can ship the product to be returned directly to Zaavy at 6300C San Ignacio Avenue, San Jose CA, 95119 at your expense. If the product is found to be free from defects, we will return the product to you and bill you for return shipping charges. If we find the product is defective, we will replace it free of charge or provide you a full refund, at Zaavy’s discretion. If we find the product is defective, we will refund you ground shipping charges incurred by you for shipping to Zaavy.
